Your new company
My client that I am currently working with is on the lookout for an incredible administration professional who is looking for their next challenge and is needing someone to come onboard as the sole administrator for this organisation who exists to manage a charity that supports a region in Tasmania and has been established to support the town and the community. With a level of growth and need for high level administration, they have commenced to look for the right person to step into the role to support the Board and directors who are all in volunteer positions.
Your new role
This role will be an extremely broad role that includes a myriad of duties from being the first point of contact for community members to high level administrative tasks for the board. This may include diary and inbox management, minute taking, budget support and agenda building. This person will be responsible for following up on actions that may come out of meetings and being the contact point between the board and the community. The role will require a minimum of 3 days on-site at the office in Derby, and have flexibility of WFH options on the other days. Additionally, the expected hours of work can be negotiated to allow for travel.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need:
- Excellent experience in relevant administration roles
- A Current WWVP card
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Board Administration skills
