The successful applicant will work alongside the Director and Elite salespeople, gaining exposure to all facets of real estate sales, and will be provided with ongoing training and support in a positive and structured team environment.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is excited about everything sales-related! You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best agents in the industry and be a part of a successful team that offers excellent training and support. This role assists a bustling team with a large volume of work.

Duties will be supporting sales agents with:

• Providing strong administrative support to the Director and Sales Reps
• Commence, manage and oversee marketing responsibilities such as prints, signage, brochures, and social media
• Sales to settlement coordination - liaising with settlement agents, buyers, sellers, and internal staff
• Diary management
• Creating open packs
• Data entry
• Marketing for the agency

About you

• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator / PA or EA
• Real Estate Sales Registration - advantageous
• Team player
• Excellent time management skills
• Professional presentation and vibrant personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills and personal skills
