Executive IT, you will act as a 2IC driving operational efficiencies and uplift initiatives, whilst delivering high quality IT solutions to your assigned internal customers.As a
Senior Analyst (Engineer) you will be required to provide coaching and peer-mentor support the team members to ensure the team continues to provide a world class technology support service.
Your skills and experience- Excellent customer service skills and experience in providing high-quality face to face IT support to Senior Executives
- Experience in displaying professional engagement with Senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with other teams to help drive customer outcomes
- ITIL certification and other IT qualifications are an advantage, but not essential
- Experience providing support for: virtual & hybrid meetings (MS Teams, WebEx or otherwise), Desktop systems (Windows, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and others), iOS platforms (iPad and iPhones)
- Ability to network and build relationship with other teams and vendors to improve processes
- Strong desire to lead by example, guiding others through mentoring and providing feedback
This IT Support role has some atypical requirements including shift based working (early start 7.30am, late start 9.30am) and participation on an on-call roster.This role may require Interstate and/or international travel as well as extended working hours which will be observed Time In Lieu.
