Asset Inspector

We are seeking an efficient and experienced Asset Inspector to join our Field Operations team in Devonport. Working towards safe and accurate outcomes the role involves inspecting overhead infrastructure to identify any defective assets, in accordance with TasNetworks procedures.

The role is also responsible for recording of information and escalating of any issues where required. Your effective communication skills, contribution to a safe working environment and willingness to support and work within the team are also key requirements of the role.

You will have experience in inspecting property or assets, with the ability to plan your workload, solve problems and work autonomously in a safe and timely manner.

You will offer a flexible approach to hours of work and travel, hold a current valid drivers licence (experience driving four-wheel drive will be an advantage) and be physically fit and able to pass a medical examination.
