We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.The Opportunity:Toll Group is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations Administration Assistant to join our Retail & Consumer team at Prestons, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations, with Telstra as our valued customer.This role is a fixed term contract until April 2025, and will work Monday - Friday 38 hours a week. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will cover administration duties across the office and adjacent warehouse.As the Operations Administration Assistant, you will:Build and nurture strong relationships with key Telstra customers and operations staff.Ensure the implementation and maintenance of safe working practices to eliminate downtime due to accidents or injuries.Manage payroll processes and timesheets for all areas of the Distribution Center and ensure timely recording of timesheets, submission of leave forms, and accurate review of worked hours.Ensure all visitors and contractors are properly inducted and adhere to safety protocols.Control documentation distribution, including internal and external communications.Manage office equipment, supplies, and stationery.Order uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment for staff in accordance with relevant guidelines.About you:Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with payroll experience, in a logistics or similar industry.Strong organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with WH&S procedures and payroll processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:
