Key accountabilities of the role are:
- Cost revenue options, develop revenue estimates and contribute to the development of revenue forecasts.
- Extract datasets, including confidential and protected data from a range of sources, using analytics systems and tools.
- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.
- Present stakeholders with meaningful analytics effectively and efficiently.
- Analyse trends in revenue and identify potential risks to revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Success in researching, data extraction and cleansing, evaluating, interpreting, consolidating, visualising and presenting large datasets to support decision making
- Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL or similar
- Ability to undertake economic, financial, or budget analysis/ research
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to navigate, lead and manage competing work priorities in complex and, at times, fast paced environments; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
