We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Senior Application Specialist.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
As a member of ICT Applications, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer support in relation to ICT application services from a functional perspective.
- Playing a senior role in the effective and efficient delivery of ICT application services aligned with agreed performance levels.
- Building and maintaining customer focussed relationships with relevant stakeholders including customers, vendor-partners, business and industry.
- Anticipating opportunities and trends in information and communication technologies to recommend change and innovation to enhance product and service delivery.
