- Ensuring Policy, Standards, Procedures, Legislative & Compliance requirements are met and exceeded to ensure excellence in public Pathology testing in Western Australia.
- Providing customer support in relation to ICT Application Services from a functional perspective.
- Ensuring ICT systems meet the needs of PathWest through monitoring and analysis of service provision.
- Supporting business analysis services in the development of customer requirements, documentation of business workflows and proposals providing solutions that address customer needs.
