This firm is seeking for an Architect who is ready to be an Associate with leadership qualities.
Your new company
Our client is an established Interior and Architectural studio that has experienced steady and continued growth in the past years. Due to a number of key project wins, this practice now have an opportunity for a Senior Architect to join their team. You will be part of the succession planning too, as they are seeking for someone who will also be part of their management and leadership team.

You will be given the autonomy and ownership to run your own projects.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 6 years’ + experience in the Architecture and Design industry;
Degree in Architecture or similar;
Management or Leadership qualities
Demonstrated ability to integrate design requirements with the documented built form;
The ability to understand and formulate design decisions relevant to the documentation package and present for discussion;
The ability to use the following but not mandatory: Revit (primary documentation software), Autocad, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel;
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise tasks in order to deliver work to often tight deadlines;
A proactive approach and keenness to show initiative and take responsibility for tasks;
Great interpersonal skills and the capability to continue working efficiently when under pressure;
An aptitude for building good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
