AddressA multi-sector Perth practice that focuses on Community projects is looking for a mid-level to Senior Architect with particular strengths in project development and construction stages. This studio is eager to find a passionate Architect with a strong understanding and care for high-quality design outcomes. You will be mentoring junior team members and have the ability to manage projects through to construction and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with architectural team
- Working closely with Directors on multiple and diverse projects
- Documentation production and management
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors
- Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery, and implementation of drawing packages
- Provide support and mentoring to juniors in the team
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in detailed documentation packages on small and large projects
- Working knowledge of the BCA and local authority regulations
- Relevant Architectural qualifications (registration not essential)
- Advanced Revit skills essential
- Applicant should have an eye for design
- Portfolio with relevant project experience
