The Role
As an Associate level Senior Architect, you will step into a leadership role, guiding and driving forward a diverse range of projects within our practice. Collaborating closely with all stakeholders of the business, your expertise in client management will be key ensuring the success of projects.
Additionally, your mentorship will be invaluable in nurturing our emerging architects, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within our team. This is a multifaceted role where your leadership, collaboration, and mentorship will make a tangible difference in our projects and our people.
You should bring:
- A keen design sense and strong technical acumen with a discerning eye for detail.
- Revit proficiency (preferable)
- 10+ years of architectural experience, ideally on medium to large-scale projects
- Experience in Multi-Residential, Aged Care, Education, or Commercial Projects is highly regarded.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from project briefing to handover.
- A track record of client relationship management.
- Proficiency in rendering (Enscape) and Photoshop is a plus.
