We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who can deliver the wow factor and then some.  

What We’re Looking For:  

Experience: 7+ years of experience in an Art Director/Senior Art Director role, preferably within an agency setting. Experience managing photo/video shoots.  

Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling, high-impact work across various platforms.  

Skills: Strong presentation skills. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. After Effects, Premier, and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a strong plus.  

Vision: A keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to think strategically about design.  

Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.  

Personality: A fun, energetic attitude with a passion for creativity and a knack for problem-solving.

Lead the Charge: Guide the development of innovative concepts from inception to execution.  

Create Visual Magic: Design and direct high-impact campaigns across various platforms, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.  

Inspire and Mentor: Foster a collaborative environment where creativity thrives, mentoring junior designers and nurturing their growth.  

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, incorporating fresh ideas and techniques into our projects.  

Collaboration: Work closely with team members across different regional offices, delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
