Senior Account Director

About the role:
As the Senior Account Director, you will play a key role in the planning output across the client patch and contribute to the overall leaderships and quality control. You will inspire and drive your team and manage client relationships. You will be working across a client that is inspired by new ideas, innovation and creativity, allowing you to drive new ways of thinking.
Your day to day:
- The overall leadership and quality control of the planning process and output across your
portfolio of clients and group. - Inspire and drive your team to embrace PHD's principles and beliefs.
- Be responsible for your team's usage of OMG / PHD planning tools and processes for the roll
out and co-creation of any related training initiatives. - Support the Chief Product Officer in driving agency wide planning initiatives.
- Work alongside Strategy and Investment teams to ensure best possible product gets to
market. - Client relationship management. You will be the principal client contact for the whole
planning process
About you:
- Relevant media experience in a media agency.
- You know the key media owners and their offerings like the back of your hand.
- You're comfortable being the principal client contact for the whole planning process.
- You have expert level understanding of the end-to-end planning process from Comms
Planning to Implementation Planning. - You find ways to push the boundaries and achieve new levels of success for your clients.
- You're able to work on your own and manage your team with little intervention.
- You're up to date with media trends, current industry issues and strategies adopted to
address these. - You uphold PHD values of Courage, Collaboration, and Curiosity with a constructive point of view in all things
