Your opportunity
As our Senior Asset Engineer, you will provide leadership and specialist advice in the delivery of efficient, sustainable and timely civil engineering asset management. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving asset and services management plans that supports strategic planning objectives, as well as meeting all statutory and safety obligations.
Guided by our Values, you will:
- Provide expert advice and contribute to strategic planning activities including the development of policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage team members in asset management and maintenance of Civil and Traffic Infrastructure asset data.
- Develop, implement and improve asset management plans for Civil and Traffic Infrastructure assets in accordance with current best practice and legislative requirements.
- Build and influence effective strategic partnerships and working relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Extensive and demonstrated experience in strategically managing multiple asset portfolios and related enterprise-wide technologies.
- Demonstrated application and comprehensive knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to Civil and Traffic Infrastructure assets.
- The ability to lead, inspire, motivate, coach and mentor for optimal individual, team and business performance.
- Highly developed computer proficiency and application in asset management software, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) AND standard MS Office.

Eligibility
- You'll hold a current 'C' class drivers licence.
- You'll have tertiary qualification/s in Engineering or similar.
