About the role
Renewal SA has an exciting career opportunity for someone to lead critical strategic asset management programs, services, projects and initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, the role has a critical and broad impact by adding value to the management of Renewal SA's property assets and deliver on the objectives of the Business Plan and Renewal SA's Strategic Plan.
Key responsibilities:
- To deliver high level expert and strategic advice on a wide range of property issues in relation to Renewal SA's property portfolio
- Lessee and stakeholder management and undertaking negotiation and documentation of various leading and tenure agreements.
- Leading preparation and implementation of Asset Management Plans
- Developing, leading and delivering complex property projects and transactions.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager who can demonstrate:
- Commercial experience in leasing and asset management and leading a team of property professionals
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuation or a related discipline, or significant demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Property Manager Registration and/or Land Agent's Registration
