About the Role
Elevate your career as a Senior Assistant Manager, offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 plus super. Position Description
- Collaborate with the management team to oversee daily operations.
- Drive exceptional customer experiences and uphold service standards.
- Manage staff, including training, rostering, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Position Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - must be a people person!
- Previous high-volume food and beverage experience is essential.
- Stong Gaming experience both FOH > BOH.
- Accommodation experience is highly desirable.
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
