This highly regarded HNW financial planning practice is currently seeking an experienced Associate Advisor to join its team of professional and accomplished advisors and support staff.
With an impressive reputation, this established and very successful business is located in the inner suburbs and offers a great work environment with a high performing and well respected team. Driven by outcomes and providing a true client experience and goals based advice to it's loyal and steadily growing clientele, this role will be supporting the principal advisor in the servicing of his HNW/Ultra HNW client base.
You will be involved in all client meetings with the senior advisor, devising and preparing financial planning strategies, financial modelling and working with the advisor to ensure clients goals are being met. This will include preparation of all relevant documentation, research and correspondence prior to meeting, coordinating client meetings and review appointments and being a key point of contact for clients.

The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years experience in paraplanning or Associate Advisor role within a financial planning practice - essential
- Proficiency in Xplan and modelling and high level of technical knowledge and skill
- Excellent communication - both written and oral
- Bachelors degree preferred and meeting all relevant FASEA requirements
- Paraplanning/preparation of SOA and ROA experience highly favoured
- Implementation experience and strong client service skills - ability to engage and build rapport with an elite clientele.
- High levels of initiative, attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi task
