The Team
The firm’s Banking & Finance practice is ranked Band 1 globally and has been continuously nominated for awards by independent legal directories such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 (Asia Pacific).
The Real Estate Finance team specialises in facilitating domestic and cross-border transactions between funders and borrowers across multiple regions, offering expertise in property acquisition financing, development finance, senior and mezzanine finance, and listed property financings in both loan and bond markets, often leading in market-defining deals.
The Role
There is an opportunity for a talented Senior Associate to join the friendly team.
This role will see you work with two market leading partners who have extensive experience. You will work on large and complex transactions, representing significant domestic and offshore lenders, borrowers, and sponsors, with a focus on major Australian listed companies, and key financial institutions such as major Australian banks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in delivering technical advice on a range of Banking and Finance matters from a top tier, national or international private practice environment.

- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach along with a commercial mindset
