Senior Associate - Corporate Commercial Lawyer

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to one of the director's; You will be;

Part of a team working on large scale, complex commercial transactions (including venture capital, capital raisings, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions
Working closely with the firm's key clients, to provide high level specialist advice and commercial solutions
Location: Sydney or Adelaide
Salary: Negotiable + Super (Depending on background and years of experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:
5 + years Post Qualified Experience
Strong Technical Experience
Particular areas: Corporate and Commercial Law, along with transactional experience
