The role/title would depend on the candidate's experience from Senior Corporate Finance associate to a Manager level.
The role
As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a vital role in executing various transactions and advisory engagements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the execution and management of advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, divestments/business sales, fundraisings (debt and equity), debt advisory, valuations, Independent Expert Reports, and due diligence.
- Contributing to research, business development initiatives, and new client proposals.
- Experience: Proven substantial experience in a similar role, demonstrating confidence, independence, and strong analytical skills.
- Valuation Expertise: Experience in valuations using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable companies’ methodologies is essential.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as S&P/Capital IQ and Mergermarket would be advantageous.
- Degree: a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
