Senior Associate - Family Law - Up To $220,000 + Super

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced and passionate Family Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level?  Our Client is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to join their dynamic, specialist team in Sydney.  They are a well-established law firm known for our commitment to excellence and client-focused legal services across their offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in Family Law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and spousal support
• Manage and lead a team of junior lawyers and paralegals, providing mentorship and guidance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering compassionate and professional support during challenging times
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and precedents, ensuring the highest standards of legal service
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice as a lawyer in New South Wales, with a minimum of three years of experience in Family Law
• Proven expertise in handling complex Family Law cases, with a strong track record of successful outcomes
• Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills, displaying empathy and professionalism
