The Team

The Role

Do you want a chance to make a difference working with federal government clients and using your experience in Change Management?  Then this is the role for you - we are looking for a Senior Associate, Manager and Senior Managers as industry experts to join our Workforce, Change and Skills team. 

As a Client-Facing Consultant at Scyne Australia, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Change Management activities. Your main focus will be implementing Change Management initiatives related to digital transformation for government and non-profit clients.

In this role, you will create value by: 

  • Owning Digital Change Initiatives: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and co-develop tailored strategies. You work with the team to guide them through the change process, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies.   
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and internal departments. Your ability to communicate and influence will be critical in driving successful change. 
  • Communications: Deliver communications to key stakeholders throughout the change journey. Plan communications appropriately and deliver communications throughout the change to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Use your insights to continuously enhance our clients’ digital experiences.

Technically, you will bring to the position:

  • Experience in Delivering Change Initiatives: Demonstrated experience in delivering Change Management initiatives through large scale transformations. 
  • Experience in Communications: Demonstrated experience in delivering communications across an organisation to a range of stakeholder groups. 
  • Experience in Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated experience in engaging key stakeholders throughout the change journey.
