We're looking for a dynamic and experienced change management professional to join our team and help us to respond to the diverse and growing needs of Queensland's rental sector and fulfil our vision of ‘renting that works for everyone'.
Embark on a rewarding journey as our next Senior Change Manager, guiding projects within our RTA transformation and driving strategic change, ensuring every step resonates with impact and purpose. You'll be part of a specialist team within the RTA's Transformation Office, providing high-quality service, advice and support to a portfolio of change initiatives delivering legislative reform, enhanced ways of working and digital transformation.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment where your expertise, innovative thinking and energetic delivery will help to achieve successful project outcomes as well as the RTA's strategic and transformation objectives.

To be successful, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrated change management plans for complex projects
- Experience leading the assessment, analysis and documentation of change impacts to inform the change approach
- Proven experience working in, and delivering, as part of a multidisciplinary team including change management, communication, engagement training and development, and other subject matter experts
- Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills, and the ability to confidently work under pressure, including managing shifting and emerging priorities
- Superior skills in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify and respond to issues and needs, deliver high-quality outcomes and extend positive influence
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, backed by a strong attention to detail.
