The role:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate in the C&IB Sales Foreign Exchange team. You'll be an integral team member who provides exceptional assistance to the sales team to support customers and grow our corporate client franchise.
Day to day, you'll:
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, and always put the client first.
- Create industry specific ideas and insights to share with clients, and across the Sales team.
- Assist and put together pitch documents / ideas for the client base - build out a deep understanding of the key issues facing the client base and the ability to explain those issues.
- Adoption of World Class Account Leadership (WCAL) principals,
- Assist in providing a high level of client servicing by having a knowledge of global and competitor trends, market conditions, opportunities and subsequent impact on customers, and providing timely and competitive pricing, product delivery and the right solutions for individual customer needs.
- Work in unity with the C&I Sales Product team to bring the ultimate service proposition to our customers.
- Contribute to annual Peter Lee objectives and help maintain/improve RSI scores.
- Contribute to maximizing NAB's shareholder value and managing the Group's credibility in financial markets.
- Contribute to and support a team orientated working environment that is enjoyable and rewarding for employees, and consistent with the underlying objectives of the business. Contributes to a culture of flexibility, inclusion and social responsibility.
- Work collaboratively with mutual accountability. Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, clients and all internal business partners.
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements.
What you'll bring:
- Proven understanding of financial markets & products
- 4+ years of FX experience
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to continuous improvement, sharing your knowledge across the broader sales team.
- Sales experience across multi products
- Tertiary qualification and AFMA accreditation are desirable.
