In this role, you will work in a dedicated and dynamic Employee Relations & Industrial Relations team. Collaborating closely with industry leading Partners and the broader team, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling strategic and complex advisory, litigation and transactional matters within the realm of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations and providing prompt and commercially astute advice to clients
- Playing a key role in supporting and actively developing client relationships
- Mentoring junior colleagues
- Engaging in business development activities, building and managing strategic relationships and networks
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
- 5+ years' PAE with strong transactional experience in employment law and Industrial Relations law gained in a similar environment
- Experience representing employers in employment disputes in the Fair Work Commission and other courts and tribunals
- Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and research skills
- A strong commitment to client service
- Well-developed relationship management abilities and an ability to foster effective teamwork
- Enthusiasm for participating in business development activities
- 5+ years' PAE in workplace relations and employment law
