About The Role
- Perform a wide range of construction materials tests in accordance with Australian Standards and MRWA Standards, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Analyse and interpret test results with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and knowledge.
Location
Opportunities available at our Bunbury base laboratory, regional base laboratory, and fly-in fly-out options. International applications are welcome.
Essential Qualifications / Skills
- Cert IV laboratory techniques or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical and construction materials testing.
- Proficiency in conducting a variety of laboratory tests and operating relevant equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
