We're actively seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer who thrives on the challenge of spearheading significant projects from inception to completion within a startup setting. This position is tailor-made for an inventive and strategic thinker who can dive into projects with gusto, from conceptualization through deployment. The ideal candidates will eagerly tackle intricate architectural hurdles, drive innovation, and establish fresh benchmarks for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional ability to tackle complex technical problems, with a talent for deconstructing complicated issues into manageable parts to devise innovative solutions.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with a focus on scalable backend solutions encompassing computing, storage, and networking services.
- Proficiency in managing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated skills in optimizing application performance to enhance scalability and speed.
- Over 5 years of backend development experience, particularly in deep tech or other technically demanding fields.
- Keen interest in and familiarity with emerging technologies and solutions in the cloud space.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with principles of fault tolerance, security, resilience, and scalability.
- Extensive experience working within the AWS ecosystem.
- Work experience in leading cybersecurity companies is highly regarded, though not mandatory.
- Experience working in a startup environment is considered an advantage.
