As a Senior Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will also proactively support the Branch Manager in coaching team members and delivering ANZ's Retail strategy.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a point of contact for more complex customer needs, as well as support the Branch Manager by acting as an advocate for change.
