We are searching for a devoted coffee enthusiast! Batista experience is necessary.

Butterken Bakery is a passionate start up bakery who is dedicated to handcrafting sourdough bread and serving great coffee. We use local ingredients and work in a beautiful, open production space. Making great bread and coffee is what we do :)
Your day-to-day:
- You’ll need to be able to dial in to our recipe & taste it to keep the quality high throughout the day
- Have positive interactions with customers
- Multi-task FOH responsibilities, operate POS, cleaning, restocking, daily cash-ups etc.
Coffee Details:
- Equipment: LaMazzoco Classic 2g, Anfim SP2 coffee grinder
- Roaster: Commonfolk Coffee
- Approx. 20kg per week
Must-haves:
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Love and passion for all things coffee and bread!
- Availability to work weekends (flexible rotating roster)
