Senior Biostatistician - Part-Time

• Part-time (15 - 20 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Biostatistician for a global full-service CRO.A key fixture in the Australia team, this role will be pivotal in the implementation and execution of biostatistical processes, guidelines and regulations for the successful planning, submission, execution, and reporting of clinical trials.The role:

• Accountable for all statistical aspects of clinical studies and submissions.
• Key statistical consultant with regional & global responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clinical & regulatory leads in defining general strategic approach, creating clinical development plans & producing protocols.
• Execution of statistical analyses, preparation of the statistical methods & results sections for clinical study reports.
• Provide guidance to the clinical & regulatory teams.
• Ensure statistical representation at regulatory meetings.
• Plan & track project activities, timelines & resource use across projects.

Required:

• A positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Degree or equivalent combination of education, training & relevant industry experience.
• 5 years Pharma or CRO experience.
• PK/PD Phase 1 experience.
• Strong time management skills - understanding of project planning and management methods.
• Broad knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
