Full-Time Senior Booksellers work 38 hours peer week on a Sunday - Thursday fixed roster.
In your new role you will:
- Champion and coach the sales team to consistently achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Support the Head Bookseller in all areas of sales, store operation and developing and maintaining a customer focused team who deliver exceptional customer service.
- Champion new education and debtor account sales and maintain relationships with existing account holders through cold calling, Book Drives and supported networking.
- Maintain stock integrity with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
- Present a visually appealing store in line with merchandising guides and promotional instruction.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with store and operations teams.
- Champion a safe, supportive and growth culture in store.
