As a Full-Time Senior Bookseller, you'll work 38 hours per week on a fixed roster from Sunday to Thursday.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Coaching and promoting the sales team to consistently achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Providing support to the Head Team Leader in sales, store operations, and fostering a customer-focused team that delivers exceptional service.
  • Leading initiatives for new education and debtor account sales and maintaining relationships with existing account holders through activities like cold calling, Book Drives, and networking.
  • Ensuring stock integrity with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
    Creating a visually appealing store in line with merchandising guides and promotional instructions.
  • Maintaining strong communication and working relationships with store and operations teams.
  • Cultivating a safe, supportive, and growth-oriented culture in-store.

What we require from you:

  • Min 2 years' experience as a team leader or assisting management in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • The desire to learn and to advance in your career.
  • Promotes a high level of customer service.
