Head Booksellers have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, are results driven, with a passion for reading and the ability to share this passion with our customers.

Head Booksellers work a full-time fixed roster: Tuesday to Saturday. 38 - 39 hours per week.

In your new role you will:

• Champion and coach the sales team to consistently achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example to develop and maintain a customer focused team who deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain stock integrity with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
• Present a visually appealing store in line with merchandising guides and promotional instruction.
• Maintain strong communication and working relationships with operations departments and teams. 
• Champion a one-team culture which puts our teams and customers health, safety and well-being first.
