This function is responsible for developing compelling solutions, offers and experiences for our customers.The Senior Brand & Campaign Manager will support the Head of Brand & Content in acting as creative guardians of the AMP Brand and driving AMP Groups' growth by defining and executing a plan for growing awareness, consideration and preference of the AMP Brand and products.You'll make an impact by:
  • Managing the creative development of integrated Brand and product campaigns, social and digital content.
  • Creative oversight of the evolution of the AMP Brand and tone of voice to create a modern brand that customers, stakeholders and employees identify with and emotively connect to.
  • Work with all stakeholders within the marketing team to not only deliver creative projects on time and within budget, but uplift creative execution, capability and comprehension of great creative work.
  • Support in the maintenance and optimise the brand architecture, strategy and voice that customers and employees identify with and emotionally connect too.
  • Work on brand visual identity collaboratively install the discipline required to drive consistent and aligned creative and written work.
  • Inspire the entire organisation through education and motivation on why brand consistency is critical for our success in all teams, not just the marketing team.
  • In collaboration with our Comms team, Agencies and investor relations, you will deliver PR and content to support the brands and investor relations program for each of our brands that ladder up to brand metrics, commercial growth and shareholder returns.
  • Ensure highly valuable campaign and audience insights are generated, actioned and retained in the business to continue to motivate and educate our people on the importance of Brand and its role in supporting our ability to achieve our Group Strategy.
  • Lead by example and cross skill other members of the team, including developing leadership capabilities, talent management, engagement and the alignment of work to strategy, practices and priorities.
What you will bring to the team
  • 10+ years' experience in an agency or in-house setting
  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital Communications, Marketing, Brand Manager, Multimedia, or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven creative flair in all communication formats
  • Ability to demonstrate how creative uplift has driven commercial outcomes
  • Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma is preferred but not essential
  • Understanding of social media landscape and ability to develop programs of work to drive commercial outcomes through those channels
  • Experience across financial services industry favourable plus across multiple categories
  • Thorough understanding of creative and production processes and best practice across social, video and integrated campaigns
  • Have lead teams delivering a broad range of creative outputs
