Senior Brand Manager

We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with key business functions to nurture and grow our much-loved, well-known brands in both the supermarket and foodservice channels.

Following our recent entry into new product categories (with more on the horizon!), we’re looking to expand our team - but we’re not after just anyone! We’re seeking a talented marketer with strong commercial acumen, ability to work cross functionally in complex environments and a proven track record of driving growth in highly competitive fast-moving categories.

What are we looking for?

● 5+ years brand management experience with a proven track record in FMCG / Food / Beverage (or similar) industry;

● Demonstrated ability to develop clear brand strategy and plans that drive business outcomes;

● People management / development experience;

● Above and below the line communication development;

● Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills;

● Track record of executing projects on time in complex environments;

● Shopper marketing / sales coordination capability, including promotional activations;

● Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven recommendations (IRI preferred);

● Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

● Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.

As we look to continue the rapid growth across our portfolio, this role might suit an experienced and capable Brand Manager looking to take the next step, or a Senior Brand Manager looking to combine their marketing skills with their love for coffee.

Responsibilities

● Develop and execute brand strategy across multiple brands and markets;

● Develop and implement advertising, POS, publicity and consumer promotion plans;

● Lead New Product Development including idea generation, preparation of business plans, launch plans, budgets and performance review;

● Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including purchasing, sales and operations;

● Collaborate with our fabulous team of in-house designers to bring to life advertising, packaging, trade communication and other design projects;

● Lead brand activations with a hands-on approach;

● Work with external agencies across design, media buying, public relations and production to execute brand and advertising campaigns;

● Management of content, social media and public relations;

● Full budget and P&L responsibility for some of our most successful brands.
