Senior Brand Manager - Masterfoods

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of Mars Food Australia (MFA) growth initiatives to support the business’ ambition ‘to change the way we put food on the table’ and deliver both NSV sales and MAC profit growth. Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will work closely with other members of the Marketing Team on key strategic projects from insight led strategy, idea generation, concept development, product and pack design, creative processes, brand and market positioning, team and stakeholder engagement as well as post evaluations. 
 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s in marketing with demonstrable experience in a brand role
• Passion for brands & delivering mutual growth, ideally in FMCG / CPG
• Demonstrated engagement of key stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Thorough knowledge of innovation process and development in a manufacturing environment
• Keen desire to contribute to a high performing and collaborative team culture
   

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Create sustainable growth plans for strategic choices within the Masterfoods, and be accountable for deployment of growth initiatives, requiring cross functional leadership and engagement of the business leadership team
• Development & execution of category specific brand & NPD communications campaigns
• Scoping & developing a 3-year transformational pipeline that considers changing consumer behaviour - this includes innovation, renovation and value creation projects
• Strong focus on financial delivery and management of stakeholder in cross-functional teams and external vendors and agencies.
