Head of Marketing, you will manage and look after the marketing, brand andproduct strategy for all of Australia and New Zealand. It’s astrategic and hands on role where you will manage all areas of theportfolio’s lifecycle from the inception of new products/brands, to thelaunch of campaigns including all advertising (TV, Radio, Digital, Social& Print) and post-campaign analysis.
The responsibilities Take real strategic ownership and manage end to end brand and productmarketing activities across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social including POP andall instore communications including new menu items
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders includingNPD, supply chain, restaurants, marketing, digital and analytics as well asagency relationships
Continuously assess and analyse campaign effectiveness, what is workingand not working with a test and learn methodology including menuanalysis
Manage nominated communications and New Product Development (NPD)project launches
What you need to be successful A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing andcollaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectivesA proven track record as either a highly successful Brand Manager or a
