- Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this Senior Brand Manager will lead and manage brand life cycle stages.
- Drive analyses and strategic planning to optimise long-range plans and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- The position will require strength in strategy development, managing relationships, and strong communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Marketing.
- 4+ years in a strategic marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry, in specialty care, with strong scientific knowledge.
- Proven ability to plan and manage specialty brands.
- Strong financial knowledge to lead therapeutic area portfolio management and excellent analytical skills to lead therapeutic area strategy.
- Excellent downward communication skills to attract, lead and motivate stakeholders and align them with global strategy and vision.
- Business acumen, a tenacious attitude and strategic and analytical thinking skills and ability to articulate examples of them.
- Ability to deal with decision making processes in a complex organisational structure.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive management skills and a "can do attitude” to manage a critical portfolio and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a broad number of key stakeholders.
