Seeking experienced Senior Broker Support, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join us in delivering top-notch Broker Support. We pride ourselves on delivering tailored insurance products to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Working with a General Insurance Broker, an exciting opportunity exists for experienced Broker Support. The role is flexible, can based in-office at Wayville, working from home or a hybrid, for 15-20 hours per week. Working days/hours are also flexible and can be tailored to suit.
The Insurance Broker works closely with Small to Medium Enterprises (SME’s) and the Agriculture Industry as well as some domestic work. Experience in these industries will be an advantage.
Competitive remuneration ($75k - $95k + Super FTE) will be based on experience and skill level.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Assist with the preparation & processing of insurance policies, endorsements & renewals
- Assist with the preparation of insurance proposals, advice documents, forms, and other client-facing documents.
- Updating and maintaining client databases and ensuring accuracy of client information.
- Ensuring that all paperwork and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assisting broker with various tasks as needed to support their day-to-day operations.
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years experience within the insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
Desirable:
- Experience using Insight Software
- Experience with the following products is preferred: business packs, agribusiness
- Tier 1 compliant in General Insurance Broking or Diploma Financial Services (Broking), or willing to obtain
