AddressFast growing Accounting Firm that's looking for an experienced broker to take over all of their internal referrals. Someone who can provide exceptional solutions to small business clients and is looking for growth as well as a competitive package including base + super + commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored finance solutions to complex business clients and meet their diverse needs and requirements - which means you must be familiar with companies, trusts, SMSFs and the unique financing opportunities in the market for each entity
- Engage with staff internally and build relationship with new and existing referral networks
- Utilise in-depth knowledge to provide strategic solutions
- Manage leads and prioritise workflow
- Participate and collaborate with management and the Board of Directors to implement innovative strategies
- Bring about new sales from existing clients and your own sources
What you need to be:
- Accredited with MFAA or FBAA or Diploma in Mortgage Lending
- A professional with at least 3 years of experience in mortgage broking and extensive experience with dealing with small business owners
- Highly motivated and dynamic individual who is driven to excel in their field
- Solid track record of providing high quality of client service with integrity (ie: you're not a job hopper and you have great references)
