YOUR ROLE

Council is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor with demonstrated experience and knowledge in building certification, fire safety and land use planning.

In this role you will utilise your extensive experience and knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Local Government Act 1993, Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011, National Construction Code (NCC) and other delegated NSW legislation.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

• A 35-hour working week, over a 9-day fortnight
