The ASSIST Replacement Program To support Communities’ delivery of frontline services, Child Protection Workers currently use ASSIST
- a case management system built on the Oracle PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
This is supported by the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), Objective, and SAP Business Objects for reporting. Since its implementation, ASSIST has been heavily customised to align with practice and policy changes. Child Protection Workers are missing fundamental digital tools, including mobility and access to data, to do their jobs safely and effectively.
The ASSIST Replacement Program (ARP) was established to create and replace ASSIST with a case management system that seamlessly aligns with the Casework Practice Manual (CPM), the Child and Community Services Act, departmental frameworks and other publications to support practical, culturally informed and coordinated service delivery. The Opportunity As a Senior Business Analyst ASSIST you will be responsible for developing business solutions to meet the changing meet the changing needs of the Department of Communities by providing Consultancy, Process redesign, Project Management, Analysis, Design, Package Evaluation and Software Development for the Department.
The role also provides guidance and assistance to support the Core Business, Marketing, Information and Administration systems of the Department of Communities.
