The role operates as a part of a Digital Bank Personalisation & Experimentation team within a cross functional group of passionate data driven teams. We are collectively responsible for uplifting and leading the delivery of the Bank’s customer personalisation strategy to create highly relevant digital experiences for existing and new customers. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. What you’ll do: Develop and implement personalised Next-Best-Conversation (NBC) messaging to align with stakeholder objectives, ensuring tailored customer interactions that drive meaningful outcomes. Lead the build, testing, deployment, and management of NBCs, overseeing the entire process to guarantee seamless execution and optimal performance. Manage the quality assurance testing and business deployment pipeline for Next Best Conversations, employing best practices to maintain high standards of reliability and effectiveness. Advocate for test-driven design and data-driven personalization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation to accelerate the delivery of customer value and achieve hyper-personalization. Maintain robust security governance and risk management processes to safeguard customer data and uphold industry standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of personalized interactions. What you’ll bring: Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Maths, Information Technology or related field Demonstrated experience in Digital segments/Audience management At least 12 months of hands-on experience in Digital Optimisation and A/B testing A minimum of 12 months with Adobe Campaign Management, underscoring expertise in leveraging this platform for effective marketing campaigns. Familiarity with the Financial Service Industry, along with experience in dynamic work environments such as consulting or agencies, demonstrating adaptability and versatility. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, essential for effective collaboration and successful project delivery. Proven Business Analytics skills, encompassing project requirements gathering, business user stories development, and adeptness in driving business projects to fruition. Proficiency in digital marketing/optimization audience/segment creation, and a keen understanding of business objectives, performance metrics, and risk management principles.
