Responsibility
- Assisting the project manager with managing the change from the existing Business Continuity tool (BC3) to the new Business Continuity tool.
- Assisting the project manager to develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Assisting the project manager in organising and delivering of change communications to all relevant stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and measuring performance against them.
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar, large, complex, data-led organisation.
- Ability to take ownership of work streams and deliver autonomously.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving situations.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions.
- Preferred: Experience with Business Continuity Platform/Disaster Recovery tooling.
