• Conduct relevant analysis to break down complexities and ensure shared understanding of priorities, scope, requirements, and dependencies within a Delivery team.
• Build a backlog for their Delivery team by defining features, epics, and user stories.
• Facilitate delivery practices such as Sprint planning, refinement and estimation, standups, kick-offs and walkthroughs, showcase, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members to address blockers and impediments for the team.
• Partner with other Business Analysts in continuously developing the BA practice.
• Champion Agile ways of working and Delivery practices within their Delivery team.

What makes you perfect for the role?

• Confirmed experience using Agile values and principles working in a related field.
• You have strong BA experience within a delivery team looking after full cycle product or ideally this role would suit a digital product owner within the Optus ecosystem.
• High degree of discernment and critical thinking.
• Ability to prioritise and handle conflicting objectives.
• Technical system understanding and competence.
• Understanding of operational practices and processes across business functions
