Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive functional and technical requirements to guide system development and enhancements.
- Conduct data mapping and manage data migration processes to ensure seamless integration and system efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in Commercial Insurance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Commercial Insurance.
- Proven experience with agency channels is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in data mapping, data migration, and system integration techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
