Your skillset will extend to senior stakeholder management, where you engage with executives and key decision-makers within client organisations. You have a knack for understanding client needs and delivering market-leading solutions.

About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our close-knit team of experts in Sydney to help deliver our client engagements as we scale our ANZ business.
If you are passionate about turning data into valuable insights, possess a keen understanding of both business and technology, and excel in senior stakeholder management, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Here’s a brief overview of the role’s responsibilities:
Coalesce between business and engineering:

• Facilitate discussions and extract explicit and implicit institutional knowledge to inform technical requirements, acceptance criteria, feature overviews, test cases and other artefacts for the team to work from.
• Document and present information in ways that are accessible to multiple customer groups with varied context and background.

Drive the team’s direction.

• Understand business goals and persuade the client and the SM team on what should be done and why.
• Clearly articulate how our team’s work creates value for our clients.

Increase the team’s speed.

• Enable decision making through communication of relevant information and context in a digestible format.
• Anticipate dependencies and remove impediments to the team’s progress.

Assure the team’s focus.

• Protect the engineering team from day to day ‘noise’.
• Embed and optimise processes to handle our scope of work and new demand.

Assure SM’s position with the client.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels, building your position as a trusted advisor for our clients.
• Help to manage SM’s delivery risk through proactively identifying, escalating and managing risks.
