AGPAL Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst. AGPAL and QIP are leading not-for-profit accreditation providers, specialising in the delivery of services to a diverse range of health, community and human service organisations across Australia. We are dedicated to supporting these organisations to achieve accreditation and are passionate about improving the quality and safety of the services they offer, to ensure Australia's health system remains one of the best in the world.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to the Digital Transformation by undertaking analysis of the current technology and business solutions, identify how these can be improved, and support the improvement changes (process and system) through the delivery of the Accreditation, CRM, and Learning Management System projects.
Key deliverables of the role:
- Business requirement specification (functional and non-functional) to address the needs, objectives and challenges of the business.
- Identify and document solution gaps and recommended solution options to support decision making.
- Document business processes ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ and recommend opportunities to deliver operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to the UAT test script definition and provide UAT support to business users.
- Change impact assessment to support project communications and training.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Knowledge and experience in delivering a MS Dynamics CRM solution.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify the key areas of change.
- Able to invoke a problem-solving approach to support solutioning and defect resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Detailed oriented as well as big picture thinker.
- Requirements engineering.
- Processes modelling.
- Good knowledge of business structure, management and technical know-how.
- Cost-benefit analysis to support recommendations and decisions.
