Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
• Must have Duck Creek on demand experience
• Analyze and document current state processes, identify gaps, and develop future state process maps.
• Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
• Lead and participate in workshops, meetings, and presentations to facilitate project progress.
• Conduct impact analysis, risk assessments, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on Duck Creek implementation and migration strategies.
• Ensure all project deliverables align with business goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large transformation projects, particularly within the financial services sector.
• Extensive experience with Duck Creek technologies and insurance platforms.
• Strong knowledge of migration methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
