Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst. As the SBA you will play a pivotal role in understanding their B2B cost estimation SaaS product inside out, collaborating closely with their talented team to continuously improve and innovate.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the development team to gain in-depth knowledge of their B2B cost estimation SaaS product.
- Act as a self-driven critical thinker, consistently striving to find better solutions and enhance product functionality.
- Utilise strong analytical skills while maintaining a keen understanding of carbon sustainability principles.
- Engage with clients face to face to gather requirements, ensuring thorough documentation and understanding of their needs.
- Occasionally, travel overseas to meet with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and gathering valuable insights.
- Demonstrate proficiency in wireframing to effectively communicate requirements and concepts.
- Excel in understanding and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making and product improvements.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment, particularly with SaaS products.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with a deep understanding of carbon sustainability principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in wireframing tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for continuous improvement.
